Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art that has become one of the world’s most popular forms of exercise. Tai Chi uses soft, slow and continuous movements to train the body and focus the mind. Studies have shown that practising Tai Chi can improve one’s health, reduce stress and provide relief for ailments such as high blood pressure, arthritis and osteoporosis.
During this semester you will have the opportunity to learn basic Tai Chi movements step-by-step in a relaxing environment.
