La danse du lion

Following on from the Chinese New Year extravaganza held in Luxembourg City on 25 January 2025, the Confucius Institute is currently hosting an exhibition entitled "La danse du lion" in the Maison du Savoir (ground floor) on the University of Luxembourg’s Belval Campus.

The exhibition tells the story of the Chinese lion dance, a tradition dating back thousands of years that has become an iconic art form and even a competitive acrobatic sport.
